Anti-Fraud Policy

The purpose of this Anti-Fraud Policy is to:

• Define what constitutes fraudulent or abusive activity on the Platform
• Inform users of their responsibilities when uploading and managing content
• Establish procedures for detecting, investigating, and addressing fraud
• Protect rights holders and the integrity of the Platform

This Policy should be read together with:

• Terms of Use
• Privacy Policy

Definitions

• User / End User — any individual or entity using the Platform and uploading content
• Account — a registered user account on Punisher Records
• Content — any audio, artwork, metadata, or related materials uploaded by users
• Fraud includes, but is not limited to:
• Uploading content without proper rights (copyright infringement)
• Impersonating artists, labels, or rights holders
• Uploading misleading or manipulated metadata (e.g., fake artist names)
• Artificially inflating plays, engagement, or visibility using bots or automation
• Uploading low-quality, distorted, silent, or “spam” audio to manipulate systems
• Creating fake accounts or using false identity information
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or the Terms of Use

Policy Statement
Fraudulent activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Such activity:

• Harms legitimate artists and rights holders
• Undermines the credibility of the Platform
• Exposes the Platform to legal and reputational risks

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any suspected violations.

Monitoring and Detection
We may use automated systems and manual review processes to detect suspicious activity, including:

• Analysis of account behavior and upload patterns
• Metadata verification
• Content fingerprinting and duplication checks
• Review of user-provided information and external signals

Enforcement and Actions
If we detect or suspect fraudulent activity, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Remove or restrict access to content
• Issue warnings to the user
• Request additional information or verification
• Suspend or permanently block user accounts
• Report violations to relevant authorities where required

We are not obligated to provide prior notice before taking action.

Strike Policy
We may apply a strike system for certain violations:

First Strike

• Warning issued
• Content may be removed
• User may be asked to provide clarification or proof of rights

Second Strike

• Additional warning
• Further content removal
• Increased monitoring of the account

Third Strike

• Account suspension or permanent ban
• Removal of all associated content

We reserve the right to skip or accelerate strikes in cases of severe or repeated violations.

Severe Violations (Immediate Action)
The following may result in immediate suspension without prior warning:

• Proven copyright infringement
• Identity fraud or impersonation
• Use of bots or artificial engagement systems
• Repeated or large-scale violations

User Responsibilities
Users must:

• Upload only content they own or are authorized to use
• Provide accurate and truthful account information
• Avoid any attempts to manipulate platform systems
• Respond promptly to requests for verification

Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or termination.

Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Users fail to provide requested information
• Fraudulent activity is confirmed or strongly suspected
• Users repeatedly violate platform policies

Suspended users may lose access to their content and account permanently.

Content Removal (Takedowns)
We may remove any content that:

• Violates this Policy
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is flagged as suspicious or harmful

Content may also be removed based on third-party complaints or legal requests.

Financial and Platform Protection
Even if no payment system is currently active, we reserve the right to:

• Restrict access to features
• Limit visibility of content
• Take preventive actions to protect the Platform and its users

No Liability
Punisher Records is not responsible for:

• User-generated content
• Any damages resulting from fraudulent activity by users

Users are solely responsible for their actions and uploaded content.

Policy Updates
We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
